Context : I began working at my family boutique in Ahmedabad, gaining hands on experience in retail operations, customer interaction, fittings, and visual presentation. This foundation helped me understand how layout, merchandising, and personal service directly influence customer behaviour.

The Approach : I led Cocopink’s digital and brand refresh, curating festive collections, refining brand tone, and managing customer engagement across Instagram and WhatsApp. I worked closely with tailors, vendors, and on screen hosts to create relatable content and a more personal brand presence, while aligning creative decisions with commercial objectives.

The Impact : In under two months the Instagram following grew from 400 to nearly 4,000 — purely through organic content and community. The WhatsApp customer base grew to 1,000+ and is still growing.
