The role: I was the main point of contact between talent, brands, production houses and legal teams — managing everything from contract negotiations to on-set coordination.
What I did: Managed celebrity client portfolios across brand endorsements and film productions. Coordinated shoots, schedules and approvals across multiple timelines simultaneously. Delivered £200K+ in commercial partnerships.
What I learned: How to stay calm under pressure, handle last-minute changes and bring structure to fast-moving environments.
